All submissions to the Blender Model Repository can be used for any use, be it personal, educational, or commercial EXCEPT when the author or creator has specified that it may not be used for certain purposes or may only be used for certain purposes in a readme (or similar) file, within the .blend file itself, within the submission description on the Blender Model Repository, or otherwise. If the author/creator is not clear, it will be best for you to contact them personally. The Blender Model Repository (and Dion Moult - me) will not be held responsible in any way for legal or personal problems that might arise from misuse of the content.

Hello everybody, and thank you so much for being so patient during the downtime. I am very happy to announce that everything has been fixed and the BMR is up and running as normal.
